Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: 1 week before your session: Cancel or reschedule without penalty 24 hours before your session: 50% penalty if you cancel. Rescheduling allowed without penalty. Less than 24 hours before your session: You will be charged the full amount if you cancel. 50% penalty to reschedule. No Show: Refunds for unused time (no show) are normally not granted since the Counsellors charge for time which is scheduled to be used – as other medical professionals.
